Bland diet...: Once your symptoms subside and you are no longer having nausea, you should begin with a very bland diet. There is a diet called the BRAT diet-it stands for bananas, rice, applesauce and tea. If you tolerate bland foods like that, you can gradually add more foods. But, if you develop nausea while advancing your diet, just go back to the more bland foods or even just liquids if you vomit.Feel better
