How can i tell if i got bit by a spider its red but no pain or itching?

Difficult to tell: Unless you saw a spider bite you, it's difficult to tell. Short of seeing the spider, it becomes a presumed diagnosis based on how the redness and other symptoms progress. Best wishes!
