You don't : Your kidneys and lungs work together to regulate your blood pH at a specific level so you don't need to worry.

Arterial blood gas: We do not routinely test for blood pH except in patients with respiratory or certain metabolic disorders. An arterial blood gas can tell us what your pH is.
