In hospital, daily blood tests show metabolic acidosis due to diamox, however some days the ph has gone the other way to alkalosis. is this a respiratory alkalaosis as compensation? thank you?

It could be but without exam and knowing all your meds and history hard to say. Pl ask your treating Md. He/she should be able to explain.
