I would: Consider getting this done whenever you can. A solid cyst, if it gets a little larger, can twist on itself cutting the blood supply to the ovary. It's called an ovarian torsion and it is a surgical emergency. I just wouldn't wait too long, good luck.

OVARIAN CYSTS: Let the gyne tell you if it is the time to operate. If sx bother you, if it is more than 2cm in size.
