FSH and LH: Normal FSH is between 1-7, and LH can vary from very low (which is normal) to ovulatory levels which is what you detected at "day 15". LH immediately goes down to low levels, and is only elevated to stimulate release of the egg from the ovary ("ovulation"). If you are attempting to conceive, consult your healthcare provider who can provide tests and medication to ensure a specific ovulation time
