See below: For someone who has had all recommended childhood vaccines the following are recommended for adults: dt (diphtheria tetanus) every 10 years, with 1 dose of dtap (diphtheria tetanus pertussis); hpv (3 shots) for women and men under 26; shingles for adults 60 and older (once); pneumococcal at 65 or older (once); and flu every year. Ask your doctor if you're at risk for other preventable infections.
