Please discuss with your PCP and the vaccine center. If you are otherwise well, the recommendation is to have the vaccine on schedule.

Fully agree with Dr Ferguson. Am unaware of any antihistamine which could block the effects of a vaccination. Claritin has no immunomodulatory or immunosuppressive activity. Do not hesitate or delay your second "jab".
