Son was scheduled for 3rd polio vaccination on the 4th of november, he received the vaccine 10 days earlier. is there a problem, when is the next one?

Too early?: If you are certain that the vaccine was given 10 days before the officially recommended due date( you have to make sure what is the actual date) to be given then this vaccine might not be effective. It will not cause major issues except that he might need an extra dose at the end the whole series.

Polio vaccine: It would be hard to know without knowing which polio schedule he is on but his ten days could be or may not be too early and his fourth polio , again depending on the vaccine is after his fourth birthday
