Phimosis: Tight foreskin needs to be corrected fot both hygiene & comfort. You might be candidate for prescription strength steroid cream, i.e. betaethasone or Kenalog (triamcinolone) applied to tight area, twice daily for 6 - 12 weeks. Otherwise circumcision or prepucioplasty will be required.
