Get help: This does not sound good at all, especially if the anterior fontanelle is flat. I would have a pediatrician or ER doc evaluate this ASAP. Did the child have any recent trauma? Any neurological signs such as sleepiness or abnormal movements ? Plead have this evaluated immediately, may need ultrasound or scan
