Nevus?: sounds llike a brown nevus, or what people call a "birthmark". It sounds like it is flat, small and does not have discoloration or different colors or dark colors in it. These are all good characteristics and you should not worry about this lesion too much. However if it grows over time, if color changes, if it becomes raised, then consult physician.
