Pain: It is rare, but does happen. Although you had a miscarriage, do not ignore your pain. Contact your OB provider. There is still a possibility of an ectopic pregnancy.

Possibilities: Pain on the left side could be related to ovary- including ovulation pain, but could also be due to other issues. GI (bowel) issues and kidney problems (including stones) commonly cause pain as well. See your MD if you continue to experience these symptoms to evaluate your pain.
