Pain in left ovary: Sometimes with a miscarriage, all of the tissue of a pregnancy is not expelled. Rarely, a second pregnancy can still survive in your womb (unlikely). See your healthcare provider asap and get an ultrasound test which will reveal if tissue remains in the womb, and you may need a minor surgical procedure to remove it.
