Hello there, i have a 28-30 day cycle is it normal to ovulate on day 10. cramps on left ovary with watery & white discharge miscarriage 9 mon ago. thx?

No: Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before your next period. In a 28-30 day cycle this would be day 14-16. The cramping and watery white discharge may mean there is something else going on. If it continues, it would be a good idea to see your PCP or gynecologist to have it checked out. Hope this helps.
