Could be ovary: Having cramps on the right side in early pregnancy but no bleeding could be from the right ovary. The ovary that released the egg often forms a cyst, due to the hormones the ovary is producing. That cyst will go away on its own but can cause some discomfort. The cramping could also be from gas in intestines or constipation. Since no bleeding unlikely to be miscarriage.
