My cycles are regular 26 +/- 1 or 2 days. my period was 9 days late took 2 hpt both negative. i had a miscarriage lay year. i'm afraid it's happening again. what's coming out now is light red and a lot of mucous. does it sound like another miscarriage?

No: I would, however, repeat the pregnancy test in about a week to make sure that a window period hasn't missed. The brain-ovary-uterus axis is quite sensitive to a lot of things (e.g. Stress, weight changes, diet changes, etc...). Any one of these things, including a pregnancy, can alter the normal cycle.
