See details: Most women resume their usual menstrual cycles after a miscarriage. It is possible that you have retained products of conception (some of the pregnancy tissue is still there). This can cause heavy irregular bleeding. Infection might cause similar symptoms. It might be hormonal. Only a history and physical with appropriate testing can determine the cause. See your gynecologist.
