See any dentist: You don’t want to risk swallowing it or accidentally aspirating it in your lungs. You need to make sure that you go to any dentist so he or she can permanently cement your crown back. It is not expensive procedure.

It depends: The crown would not come off just like that, there is a problem, possible new caries around the cap causing the cement to dissolve. You May need a whole new crown or even additional Tx. If you have no pain you can keep it off or you can buy some temp Cem from the pharmacy and try to glue it back until you get back home. Most ins. Will cover out of state visits check with your Ins.
