Tend to lay down after I eat. An hour or less after. And snack in bed. May have acid reflux symptoms, not GERD, but lpr version. Throat, phlegm. Even sinus issues and cough. Could this be the reason?

3 months postpartum, Had awful acid reflux to the point my throat burned. Since having baby, gerd is better but certain drinks like red wine, soda, etc burn when when I swallow them. Is this likely gerd? Is my esophagus ruined?
