GERD: Based on your symptoms, you should be treated with a PPI and see a gastroenterologist for an endoscopic. With your respiratory symptoms, I would be concerned that your reflux involves your lungs. All the best and be reviewed soon.

Tend to lay down after I eat. An hour or less after. And snack in bed. May have acid reflux symptoms, not GERD, but lpr version. Throat, phlegm. Even sinus issues and cough. Could this be the reason?
