could reflux/lpr/gerd etc. cause water to feel cold running down the esophagus? i have had reflux symptoms. i have now noticed this with the water.

Possibly: Reflux can make the tissues more sensitive to cold or hot, although the sensation of cold could be due to other factors, or could just simply be normal.

Look for symptoms: Look for the symptoms of acid reflux. There really isn't a good reason to do a test unless you are having symptoms.
