i am breast feeding and have inverted nipples. when done nursing, they do look like a new tube of lipstick. is baby still latching and eating ok?

Probably: Inverted nipples usually do not interfere. The efficiency is best judged by the baby's response-sleeping comfortably, diaper wetness and -over time- weight gain.
