Infection: It sounds like you have a respiratory tract infection and may have viral gastroenteritis similar to flu-like symptoms. It is difficult to believe that at 32 you have never experienced flu-like symptoms which makes me suspect that you may be much younger and using someone else's account to ask the question. Yellow/green discharge suggest bacterial infection that may need antibiotics for resolution.
