Wouldn't do it: no need; doesn't detoxify, only makes you poop (not thesame thing). can damage lining of bowel, screw around with fluid/mineral balance; alter bacterial flora, not in a good way, can complicate clinical picture in people with inflammatory bowel disease; rare, but potential complication like infection or perforation
