Please clarify: Hi. Your blood sugars were 6-7 on insulin + Januvia (sitagliptin), and now they've gone up on the same doses of drugs to 15-20.4? Could be you need more insulin, add another type of insulin, add a different category of diabetes drug, etc. It also could be that you have an infection or some other physiologic stress that's caused your diabetes control to deteriorate. Don't leave your sugar like that
