Penicillin treatment: You have tested positive for Syphilis. The treatment for this is injections of penicillin. The number of doses depends on how long ago you were infected, and which organs are affected. You should see your doctor as soon as possible to start treatment. You can expect improvement in symptoms within days to a couple weeks at the longest as long as you do not have nervous system involvement.

I finished syphilis treatment back in February and my lab results TPA and RPR still reactive titer is 1:2 but on ref range says non reactive for all. Do I still needs to worry about my results? also is theres any chance that I have neurosyphilis?
