Dear doc, after 2 years potential exposure & there is no tpha in my place, i took rpr, vdrl & rapid sifilis, the result is negative, i did re-test until 3 times and all of it come back negative, is it conclusive after 2 years of potential exposure?

Yes, conclusive. The rapid syphilis test is a valid confirmatory test, equivalent to TPHA. The combination of negative RPR (or VDRL) and negative rapid test proves you do not have syphilis. Stop testing!
