I had an ultrasound scan on the 13th of march which said i was 6+4 and another scan on the 7th of april which then said i was 10+6 which is accurate?

Both: they are with in the error of the machine. Ultrasounds are more accurate the earlier in pregnancy they are done. Every ultrasound comes with a +/- range which grows larger the farther along in pregnancy it is done. These to ultrasounds fall into the +/- range of the ultrasounds.
