Still healing: There are sutures inside that are dissolving; the healing process is still going on. As it proceeds, you may have temporary pains as your body adjusts. May go on up to 3 or 4, even 6 months. OK to observe these, promoting good bowel function with generous fluid intake and moderate fiber. If pains worsen or persist longer than a couple of weeks, contact your doctor. Good wishes!
