After lap appendectomy, i feeling dizzy sometimes, no fever, dull pain on the ex-appendix place, constipation,i also have peptic ulcer. is it normal?

Maybe: Sounds like a typical recovery period except the peptic ulcer. Make sure to stay well hydrated, and consider avoiding the narcotic pain medication if possible because that can cause constipation. If you're worried, call your surgeon to find out more. And make sure you have a follow up exam anyway within a couple weeks after surgery. Hope this helps!
