Would having a right kidney measurement of 9.3 it was 10.2 a couple yrs ago indicate a problem. i'll also mention frequent uti's and a pain on right.

Possibly: Kidney measurements by ultrasound can vary from machine to machine & are also operator dependent. However, presence of kidney pain &frequent UTIs suggests they are related & could indicate pyelonephritis & possibly related to bladder reflux. DMSA nuclear renal scan is best test to identify pyelonephritis. Cystogram (bladder X-Ray) might be required to demonstrate reflux. U need 2B evaluated.
