No symptoms included: Ultrasound can not entirely rule out gall bladder problem without HIDA nuclear scan. Ultrasound only detects structural abnormalities of kidney but not very sensitive for pyelonephritis or kidney infection. UTI can sometimes be excluded by urine culture and sometimes blood tests. If appendix visualized and determined normal than appendicitis ruled out.GI tract not entirely ruled out.need symptoms.
