A dipstick test looks for abnormal material in the urine, including abnormal proteins/breakdown products of white blood cells or chemicals produced by germs. It is a simple screening test that selects out those who need additional study. "Kidney Problems" is a vague term that could be applied to many issues not tested in a dipstick test. If concerned schedule a visit with your regular doc.

Normal urine dipstick does not rule out certain kidney disease. For urinary tract infection, the accuracy does depend who interprets the results along with your symptoms. A negative urine culture is more accurate in ruling out the common urinary tract infection. By my knowledge, urgent care and hospital usually do not save urine sample after it was tested.
