Lots of options!: There are countless healthier options then cereal in the morning. First, any food can be eaten at any time of the day BUT if you are looking for something more "traditionally" breakfast food consider - fruit, toast, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, cottage cheese, whole grain waffle with fruit spread, etc. You may also want to try almond milk instead of cow's milk. Have fun with variety :)
