Finished invisilgn treatment 3 yrs ago, havnt been wearing them regularly since during treatment and until recently. can my teeth shift back?

Invisalign: Yes. After orthodontic treatment retainers should be worn 2x/wk at the least. The retainers may feel tight on the teeth however the teeth will move back to the finish position and the retainer will feel less tight, at this point regular wear is essential.
