If i'm bleeding for 3 weeks every month is it still just one egg that has been released or more? i worry about my fertility given my age and history.

Usually one: It may also be that you aren't ovulating regularly, so it may be zero egg. Bleeding this long per month warrants an evaluation from a gynecologist to determine the etiology. This could be many things like fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis, low platelets, ovulatory dysfunction and other things.

I had implantation bleeding (one day of brown spotting) the day before my period was due. Is this a sign that the egg successfully implanted in the uterus and I dont need to worry about ectopic pregnancy? (Unless theres a twin, that is.)
