You can but...: At age 23 with only one year of actively trying to conceive, it might be a bit early for an Reproductive Endocrinologist (Fertility) specialist. Most people your age conceive within 2 years of unprotected intercourse. A GYN MD who can assess your physical status for conception is a good first step along with your partner obtaining a sperm analysis before you engage in expensive and involved care.
