Tricky: If you are on a sliding scale you can use that to adjust. If you are only on pills then it may be more challenging. Your doctor on call may help you. If you are feeling faint, dizzy or nauseated it would not be wrong to get the advice of an EMERGENCY ROOM. Otherwise if your doctor can see you tomorrow that would be helpful. Good luck
