If your: thyroid is underactive, brand name T4 replacement will probably shrink it some, If you have iodine deficiency (rare) iodine replacement will shrink it. If you have hyperthyroidism, radioiodine therapy will shrink it. Otherwise, there are no drubs that will "melt" your thyroid.
