Means nothing: All labs fluctuate, especially the liver enzymes. Did the alkaline phosphatase take a huge jump? An enlarging liver mass is likely to raise both slowly. Is the liver hemangioma new? Has it been proved not to be an angiosarcoma? The two look nearly identical on imaging. These are questions to discuss with you primary care physician.
