Continue follow up..: I assume that your pediatrician wants to know if symptoms are worsening. Your son needs to be seen again for examination and further evaluation of symptoms - the causes can be many and not all are seen on CT scan (and not all causes are serious; however, enough are that you need to maintain close follow up until your son is feeling better!)
