Fever and abd pain: usually suggestive of some intestinal infection and diagnosis depends on other factors or symptoms duration. Any nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, poor appetite, difficulty urination or blood in a urine? I assume you doctor ruled out appendicitis on CT scan. If symptoms persist for more than 5 days then maybe you should see then pediatric gastroenterologist
