Chronic cervicitis: HPV 16 and 18 are most commonly associated with cervical cancer. You should be evaluated by a GYN to be certain there are no additional STIs involved and then assessed for the type of treatment. Conization may be indicated, or possibly more extensive surgery. You should also receive the HPV vaccine. Good luck.
