Discuss with doctor : Can't give specifics without seeing baby. If baby is eating, eliminating and doesn't look ill after starting on antibiotics it sounds like you were given a reasonable plan. Follow up with your doctor immediately though if baby isn't improving after a day. Hope that helps.
