See a doctor: it is almost impossible for a young man to have a prolapsed rectum unless you have something congenital that mean a condition that you were born with either way make sure your bowel is regular eat more fibers ,more fruits,hydrate yourself with water and juice specially prune juice avoid sodas,pop,and caffeine and energy drink avoid straining most important see a doctor for proper examination

Prolapse?: Many of the things that cause rectal bleeding are benign (not cancer) the most common thing is simple hemorrhoids. Still, you should get seen by a doctor to figure out the cause because even though "terrible" things are rare it is still much better to catch them early when they are small. And if they find they are just hemorrhoids you will rest better. The prolapse is concerning. ? Constipation
