Its just 2 weeks after my last regular period and have started bleeding. at first if felt like something was there like pressure and i was worried about prolapse but now day 3 the bleeding is lighter but feels like a bubble or clot needs to pass?

If your periods are "regular" (24-32 days apart) the bleeding in "mid-cycle" may represent twin ovulation, which allows a higher estrogen level to drop suddenly, leading to withdrawal bleeding. At age "43" higher FSH levels (stimulating follicles) may result in more than one egg released. See you GYN physician, and ask about low dose oral bcp's which stop ovarian hormone activity.
