Try Lotrisone (clotrimazole and betamethasone): Lotrisone is an over the counter yeast medication that also has a low dose steroid. Naprosyn (naproxen) is fine. Some patients are allergic to the adhesive on pads. If it does not improve you should schedule an appt for an exam and testing.
