OK, but ? benefit: While not used extensively in the US, Evion seems to be vitamin E, a fat soluble vitamin supplement. Vitamin E was everybody's favorite vitamin, especially for heart disease prevention, a few years ago, but scientific study has not shown this supplement to be that beneficial. Taking 3/day--1200 mg, regardless of time of day--would likely not be recommended here. The maximum dose is 1000 mg/day.
