Sir,is using 2 tab daily of evion 200mg is harmful or beneficial .i am suffering headcahe from last week and my doctor recomend me evion nd nuberol fr?

According to my: brief research, Evion is a vitamin E supplement prescribed largely in Asia. It sounds like you are taking a safe dose but the data on the need for routine vitamin E supplement is weak...a healthy diet with spinach, almonds, sunflower seeds, etc is better. I would not expect it to help with a headache. Nuberol is paracetamol with a muscle relaxant. Taking sparingly. Best wishes:)
