Incase of coccydinea due to falling my doctor suggested me evion400 tablet that has vitamin e and levocarnitine .how it acts in coccydinea? i am 93kg.

Coccydynia: Rest, avoiding re-injury to the affected area, antiinflammation and pain medications can relieve symptoms. Some patients with persistent coccydynia are treated with local cortisone injection. I am unaware of any beneficial effect of evion for this condition.
